I am a freelance Senior Event Producer currently based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I have worked in events for over 10 years and have a strong background in producing and delivering stand-out, creative events. I excel in strategically planning and managing large, high-value, complex events, whether virtual, in-person, or hybrid. My expertise starts from the initial concept and extends to consolidating event briefs with multiple stakeholders and overseeing full event production, ensuring successful outcomes from start to finish.

I pride myself in developing a deep understanding of clients' needs and assisting in achieving goals aimed at driving client satisfaction and long-term success. I execute the creative design, set build, branding, and event logistics to uphold high standards and realize the client’s original vision. I collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritise, and develop projects, such as technical, AR/VR, PR, and social media initiatives. I take ownership of and oversee critical event timelines and deliverables to ensure maximum effectiveness. This includes on-time delivery, maintaining quality, and staying within the agreed budget.

My Story

2013 - 2016 - I lived and worked in Rio de Janeiro, producing events in-and-around the FIFA World Cup 2014 and the Olympic Games 2016.

2016 - 2026 - After returning to live in London, I worked as a senior freelance producer for a variety of clients, in both in-house and agency roles.

2026 - My family and I moved to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. I look forward to delivering exciting events with local brands and clients in the Southeast Asia region.
